The only outside food that is allowed are cakes, and dessert-type items. Food can be brought in for guests with dietary restrictions and allergies. Bringing Kosher foods from the outside needs pre-approval from the store. Please notify your party coordinator if any outside food would be brought in for the party.

Unfortunately, Spo-cha Parties and parties including other amenities are sold separately.

Arcade games operate using game cards and the swipers on the games. The games will have Green and Blue colored swipers that will indicate what games are available to play. Availability of games will vary depending on location.

Most party decorations like banners, balloons with weights, and table toppers are okay. Only tape provided by the store is permitted when hanging wall decorations. Sparklers, confetti, and Silly String is not allowed. Please ask your party coordinator for more details.

Plates, utensils, napkins, and tablecloth will be provided. Knives, candles, and lighters will not be provided.

Credit card payments are acceptable for online reservation requests. Cash and Card is acceptable for payments in store. If you need to pay with check, please confirm with your party coordinator and prepare to send a check to the address provided by your coordinator 6-weeks prior to your intended party date.

Access to the store's selection of racing, dancing, fighting, and other non-redemption games.

Unless a duration is specified, customers will have access to these games throughout the full duration of the event.

Each ticket is good for one pint-sized Bud Light, Mexican beer, or Japanese beer for guests 21+ with a valid ID. Beer options may vary by location.

All food and beverage redemptions need to be made during the duration of the party and limited to the number distributed to each guest. However, Arcade Game Cards can be kept and reloaded for use anytime and Party Time Play time will start upon the first swipe, provided that it is swiped within the day of the party.
